This is a 650-watt Thunderbolt 3 eGPU with included USB and Ethernet. All required internal parts — power supply, PCI Express power connectors, etc. The power cable is NOT included. The OEM Thunderbolt 3 cable from ASUS — about 6 inches long — is included. A GeForce GTX 760 is also included. The price is set accordingly. In my testing, the case fans on this eGPU enclosure are a bit louder than most other eGPU boxes. However, I believe they provide superior ventilation compared to the competition. The Gigabit Ethernet and USB ports are fully functional. They connect to your computer on a separate USB-B to USB-A cable (not included) so the Thunderbolt 3 performance is not impacted by USB and Ethernet. To turn on this eGPU, you need to open the chassis and press the red power button. There may be a way to rig this so you can turn on the power remotely, but that would require a case mod, probably. You’ll need to keep this eGPU in a place where it’s convenient to reach inside and power it on. This is a good entry into the eGPU market for someone who is looking for an inexpensive product, if you don’t mind the noise or want the best ventilation to keep your GPU temperatures down. The case is a bit longer than most eGPU boxes, too, so it can handle most any GPU. This eGPU can only handle single or dual slot cards. Triple slot cards WILL NOT fit into this unit!
